The Doctrine of the "Mean" is the most Philosophical Implications in Pre—Qin Confucianism, and it thinks over the Confucians' moral metaphysically on the basis of the mode of thinking of the Cosmology. Inherited from Pre—Qin Confucianism,the Song—Ming Confucianism reconstruct its moral metaphysics system by the mode of thinking of the ontology. The thought of the "Mean" by the Context of the Neo—Confucianism establishes the moral training, which is supremacy and internal. Moreover, it stresses the practice and path of moral on the basis of "sincerity".Based on Works of YangShi, the paper has a research on of YangShi' "Mean" thought. We think. The thinking of YangShi' "Mean" based on Confucianism, Impacted by Buddhism and Taoism, And it was formed in the cultural context of Confucianism reconstructing. His thinking of the "Mean" thinks the heaven as Thing-in-itself, which is supremacy and transcending. It thinks the heaven,the natural as a complete things, and it also covers all the Confucians' ethics of " sincerity" and achievements of " sincerity" of the process. It points on the "Mean" and "Virtue" by the "sincerity". In the practice of the "body", it consists "Spirit of Nobility", "Nourishing the Nature", "Knowledge" in order to overcome the Spirit side, the human desires of private and heart tendencies, which comes to the theory of inter phenomena. It comes to the purpose by outward and anti-body by inward, and it can realize the realm of the Confucian "Sagely, Wang," and "all things are one" The Spirit of Nobility of that is a process of practice that is benevolence, righteousness, loyalty, and so on. It has the political "Virtue" that it is based on The Spirit of Nobility and "Nature" is in the "sincerity" and stresses benevolence, righteousness, loyalty and so on. Its distinctive features of Neo—Confucianism play a role as an intermediary from a "cheng" to "Zhu".
