In the studies of Ping dialects, the North of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region is weak, for the studies about these are rear. Ping dialects of North Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region mainly refers to a kind of Chinese dialects which is popular in the valley of Rong River . This term chose a representative point in Rong River—Niubi Town, Xiao Chang'an District, Luocheng City, and made a comprehensive and systemic study. This term's main purpose is to provide the language facts and analyze the language materials, and describe them from three aspects including sound, lexis and grammar. In the basic of comprehensive describing to the Tuguai dialect, Niubi and the comparison with other points of Ping dialects and around Bai dialects, the paper also analyses the different language levels which offer materials and arguments for further Ping dialect study.This term mainly argue the sound, which including eight parts, foreword; the geographic population, history and language survey in Niubi District, Luocheng City; sound; lexis; grammar; inner comparing history levels; language materials. The First is the introduce about relative materials. The Second is to analyze the sound system of Tuguai dialect, Luocheng City from initials, finals and tones. The Third is to analyze the lexical system of Tuguai dialect, Luocheng City from the word features. The fourth is to make a simple description about the grammar and do some grammar examples. The fifth compares the inner features about Ping Dialect in Rong River. The sixth generally introduce sound and lexis which can embody the history levels. The seventh is the language materials about Tuguai dialect in Niubi Distict, Luocheng City.
