Abstract: The dissertation regards the theory divergence on the second dispute on aesthetics between Benjamin and Adorno as the research object, with their different views on Artistic Destiny in the Age of Machine Replication as the starting point. By analyzing the reason of their theory dispute , analyzing the Theory Divergence from the two aspects-Viewpoints of Philosophical and Art,evaluating and analyzing the their two aesthetics views deeply and objectively. Emphases on excavating the aesthetics dispute and the theory revelation and reality meaning what theory viewpoint brings us. So, the aim that analyzes aesthetics dispute is not that makes out a very deeply aesthetics judgment but that affords thought elicitation to existent literature theory issue at present, and gains quite logical theory basis for our culture industry construction.
