Alexander Scriabin, an important composer in Western music history, is the representative figure in the Late Russian Romantic Era. With its distinctive characteristics, pitch structure is very special in his late works. The fundamental material is a set of pitches associated with the special structure, formed a rigid logical system, called "Central Chord System" and in which the pitch sets associated with the special structure is called "Mystic chord" as his important Mark.This article selects the representative works of Scriabin in his later time such as Symphonic Poem Prometheus, Five Sonatas (Nos.6-10), Five Preludes (Op.74) etc. and reveals Pitch Form, Material Source and Formation Mode of Scriabin's "Mystic chord" through the analysis on emphasis phrases. On the basis of this analysis, the article also discussed on the harmonic progression and tonality thinking, and reflects the spirit of innovation of the composer in the process. The thesis includes three parts: the first part is the Principles of Pitch Structure, the second part is Establishment of the "Central Chord System", the third part is Continuation and Development of it. And then it concludes the particular formal structures in the other late woks.
