A Phonological Study On Anhui Southwest Dialect

Southwest China's Anhui dialect East,North,West on three sides surrounded by the Jianghuai Mandarin,with the south-east of Gan dialect at the sea from the Yangtze River.At present the academic community tends to consider Anhui southwest dialect as Gan dialect.This paper shows that the Southwest China's Anhui dialect has bigger proximity with the Jianghuai Mandarin's phonology than with the Gan dialect phonology proximity.The paper is divided into three parts.The first is the introduction part.The second part is the key point of the article,including Chapter 1,Chapter 2,Chapter 3,Chapter 4 and concluding words. The first three chapters give a brief introduction to the characters of Anhui Southwest dialects' initials finals and tones,and some of which are analyzed deeply.Chapter 4 will focus on the Anhui southwest dialect,Gan dialect and Anqing dialect which is on behalf of Jianghuai Mandarin and compare them in order to reveal that the Southwest China's Anhui dialect has bigger proximity with the Jianghuai Mandarin's phonology than with the Gan dialect.The third part is composed by the reference and the appendix.
