There are so many problems in the contemporary Chinese people 's worldview,but on the other hand ,there are few researches about this issue in the Academic Circles .The dissertation bases on the previous reserarches of Chinese and western scholars,trying to discuss worldview theory comprehensively and analyzing currently worldview education issues ,and finally puts forward some of my advices on improving worldview education.In my opinion,wordview is the fundamental view or understanding about man himself,about the world which man lives in and about the relationship between the man and the world. Though the concept of the worldview is very abstract,but its embodiment represents in Party's policy , standpoint of individuals,thinking modes and methods, the views of philosophy and some philosophical theories. The concept of worldview has some essential characteristics: universality and otherness, relative stability and plasticity, abstractness and materiality, inconsistency, fundamentally, penetrability and the characteristic of social history.The worldview makes up of three main factors such as knowledeg,viewpoint and theory and five dynamical factors such as need, sensibility,belief,will and ideal .The relationship between three main factors is progrossing by degrees,and the five dynamical factors also influenced and penetrated each other. There are closely relationship between the foundamental fators and the dynamical factors.The premise of worldview's formation consititutes of the following factors :having ability to think and developing practice activity .The process of shaping one's worldview is acutally the process which he or she gains knowledge, forms his or her point of view ,in which each dynamical factor plays an important role. Forming one's worldview has four steps: germinating peiod, beginning to form peiod,adjusting peiod and early stabilifying peiod. Because the shaping of wordview must pass this four courses, the wordview can develop or retrogress under the influence of social environment,school education,self realization and life experiences.Today, there are many problems in young people's worldview ,such as lacking identity with scientific worldview, having theistic thinking, disjointing between knowledge and activity, the unilateral in thinking methods etc. The same questions also exist in our worldview education, which for example,neglects the important roles of pratice activity in worldview education,lacks arrangement in worldview education,only infuses knowledges of worldview meanwhile lacks explaination to the phenomenons in reality ,only relys on rational educationg and lacks corresponding non-rational education. In order to deal with these troubles,we must strengthen the pratice activitives in student cultivating,and make the students really and truly comprehend the knowledge of worldview. Worldview education need to aim at each individual,duing the process of rational education ,we also neet to strenghen the cultivating of noble sensibility.
