The mongolian people in Hobukesar are offsprings of the north-road mongolian of the Werlat Touhut in Xinjiang.In the process of the adjustment and arrangment of social cultuaral system, Hobuksar Mongolians'long accent folk song formed its own music style, while kept their traditional common culture.This article is based on the migration course, religious belief, production method, and folk custom activity of the mongolian people in Hobukesar as the research background. The model ethnology, the ethnology research technique, using the ethomusicology the research angle of view, the exploration and Bucher the Syre long accent folk song music state characteristic, put it in the cultural context to carry on the concrete analysis research, to seek the long accent folk song between the correlation cultural feature inner link.Six main parts are included in this article,namely:In the introduction part, the research objective,significance, methods, and angles are mentioned.In the second part, Living conditions, production method,and energetic culture of the mongolian people of Hobuksar are generally narrated.In the third part, the elaboration and Hobuksar Mongolian's sound optimistic, carries on the classification to the long accent folk song.In the forth part, From the lyrics classical Chinese poetry rules, the rhetoric, and aspects and so on lining word elaborate with Hobuksar Mongolians'long accent folk song lyrics characteristic.In the fifth part, based on the field material, from aspects and so on melody, mode scale, rhythm, tune body structure, lining cavity elaborated and Hobuksar Mongolians'long accent folk song music shape characteristic are delivered.In the sixth part, from ethomusicology angle of view,put some thoughts into Hobuksar Mongolians'long accent folk song phenomenon ponder.
