Regional Advantages And Countermeasures In Development Of Liaoning Cultural Industries

As people's living standards and leisure time have increased a lot and developing the tertiary industry been put forward vigorously, city's new industrial chosen direction will become cultural industries. City cultural industries occupied more and more important position in socio-economic development in Western developed countries, and have grown into the most dynamic sectors of the economy and an important pillar industries. China's cultural industry development start late, the relevant theoretical research was also lagging behind. Cultural industries related to many mixed sector industries, they need to be guided to its point of view from different disciplines. Geography, culture, economics theories and methods were used in this paper. Based on the characteristics and mode in home and abroad, relate to the status in Liaoning Province, choose five cities as Shenyang, Dalian, Jinzhou, Tieling, Dandong in Liaoning Province, the paper study the cultural industry basis, capital, talent, open extent, market factors and policy factors of these five cities and targeted a number of recommendations.Chapter 1 and chapter 2 are theoretical research. Chapter 1 introduces the research background and significance of this paper, and then outlines the development and the status quo of cultural industry at home and abroad. Chapter 2 mainly discuss the concept of cultural industry and introduce the definition of cultural industry at home and abroad, at the same time noted the differences between cultural industries and cultural economic.Chapter 3 is the main part of this paper; discuss whether the five cities as Shenyang, Dalian, Jinzhou, Tieling and Dandong have advantages to develop cultural industries based on the six factors as the cultural industry basis, capital, talent, open extent, market factors and policy factors of Liaoning Province.Chapter 4 is the conclusion of this paper, argued how to develop cultural industries in Liaoning from the view of space layout, industrial structure, coordination and innovation.
