In the social transferring stage, religion as a social phenomenon attracts the concern from government and society. This article takes the rural church of Z County W town in Henan as a case study, which explore the Church's organizational structure operation mode, the rural grass-roots church and the interaction between local community rights organizations and relevant administrative departments.It uses local cities and towns in the background of social change, views it as a religious organizations and analyse it from the framework of the open system. Therefore, this article sums up the structure and characheristics of rural church during the social change and restructuring and gives a primary exploration on its impact on local society.The analysis above seeks to clarify some of the interior characteristics of religious group and the religious and social ways of expression while it is one of the resources of its the existence. This study finds out that the local church is a mutual benefit-based and non-profit organization and the entire system of organizations has considerable interior characteristics. Its level of standardization is very low, confronted with social changes and restructuring opportunities and challenges, church tends to continue its self-improvement, showing a quasi-branch and the autonomy of changes.Since there are diversities in different religious situation around the church in China, this study did not cover the cases and other comparative analysis of rural churches, therefore, the conclusion of this book does not have universal application, and at best could only serve as the basis for the limited inferences. Of course, due to the special nature of cases, even in those limited inferences do when comparative study of the need for adequate support, but limited time, energy and access to the limited nature of support, I can only leave this deficiency, looking forward for better improvement.
