The "Juveniles" in the Chin-Han Dynasties is not just referring to the general sense of the modern teenager, it is a special social class collective and on behalf of a special social group, the composition of the "Juveniles" are complex and diverse, so-called " juveniles "refers to the community in the city who were located in lower class, ate the bread of idleness and undertook hangdog careers .They deviated from orthodox order with the uncooperative attitude to the government. Distinguished by the age, they that are less than 30-year-old are all unmarried men."Juveniles" in the Chin-Han period has a very important position and social influence.They are not only the disruption of social order and the chief culprit Chin-Han dynasties, but also the social foundation of the Chin-Han periods Paladin. Some behavior of the juvenile crime was"group robbing","grabbing property"and soon,impaired rural areas. In order to keep public security,autarchygovernments pressed the juvenile crime seriously; however,at that time,the juvenile's errantry features representedsocial style and value tropism,canonized in the lower classes. Therefore,when the rulers beat"the bad juveniles",they penetrated the governmental force into the folk community. But while political situation was instability and the dynasty was declining, the "Juveniles" in the Chin-Han period became the radical force to resistance firstly and promote social progress. Whether the positive or negative impact of "juveniles" in the Chin-Han Dynasties to the Chin-Han Dynasties should not be ignored.The development of the special groups, "juveniles" in the Chin-Han Dynasties and the evolution of the Chin-Han Dynasties society are closely linked, and therefore, the study of social groups, will help us to understanding of the Chin-Han Dynasties'social customs, cultural, political and economic situation as a whole from a different perspective and give us more in-depth understanding of this special historical period of the Chin-Han Dynasties.
