"Flowers in the Mirrors" is a novel with progressive female thinking, which chooses talented women as the target group for the description. It is unique in the classical novel. My Thesis firstly analysis about the author's background, and then compared the novel with the boudoir literature in the Qing Dynasty. Also it researched through the living environment of the author and the psychology of creativity, specific to the text for the analysis of characters. All these proved the author had used lots of female perspective when he write the novel. As a male author, using female perspective also brought him some "dislocation" which are very special.Since the Ming and Qing, advanced ideas of the Enlightenment led to the women's liberation movement surge up. Socio-economic progress makes it possible for women to gain economic status. The emergence of talented woman with large number bring a great deal of fresh air to literature. Also, to a certain extent, affect the male writer's psychology at the time. Created by the author, The talented woman in "Flowers in the Mirrors", has several prominent similarities as the boudoir literature. At the same time, the life experiences and the psychology of creativity make the author consciously using female perspective to write. We can find it from many female role in the novel. Of course, as a male author, he not only has some "Dislocation" between its own perspective of gender and female perspective, but also it exists some obvious limitations. In recognition of the value about the using of female perspective of this novel, at the same time, we should also see the author's lack of and deficiencies in order to understand the topic in full-scale.
