Guqin Jianzi Notation Music' Auto Composition Based On Genetic Algorithm

Guqin is one of the longest histories', the highest achievements' and the Most national characteristics' cultural heritages here in China. It's be prized by people of the world for its long histories, thousands of literatures, rich connotations and far-reaching implications as well. In order to protect, inherit and develop the Guqin culture, numerous Guqin scholars put in much attentions to collect and publicize Guqin culture and positively study and discuss proper measures and methods to solve this matter. This paper digitizes Guqin music in computer ways by using modern information technology to engage in a study of Guqin music's auto composition. Follows 5 points are the main ideas what I will discuss in my paper:1,I start from the composition algorithm to sum up the development history andsome common methods of composition algorithms. According to the superiorities and deficiencies of all the main methods, I come up with some suitable methods to Guqin music composition.2,I put forwarder feasible music coding scheme based on the characteristics of Guqin Jianzi notation . And set up consummate Guqin Music' Corpus bank.3,According to my study and summary of ancient music knowledge, I calculate the connotative pitch relationship between Jianzi notation.4,Taking the composition style and coherence of the fingering into account, I usethe Apriori algorithm of data mining and the longest commom prefix extraction algorithm which based on Suffix array to extract the Guqin Jianzi notation music array's implied rules, so that this could support to compose melody.5,According to the structure characteristics of Guqin music, I propose the Guqinautomatic generated methods which based on GA, and creation of Guqin music is finished. Our research work is to apply computer technology to the creation on Guqin music. The purpose is to add new ideas for cultural heritage of Guqin and abstract more and more people to pay attention on Guqin culture. We 'll try our best to promote the dissemination and development of Guqin arts. I think my study has far reaching academic significance and practical value.
