The accomplishment of talents' education must originate from kids.The healthy development of persoanlities is the key singal to judging talents.The home education surroungdings,the cradle of one's growth,also the primary surroungdings after one's birth,are composed of factors like home material conditions,its cultural atmosphere, educational methods,structures and so on,which in all is the base of kids' formation and development of personalities.The imperceptibly influences of home education surroundings exert prfound influences upon a person,and home life marks deep brands on kids' formation of personalities.This thesis,by using the compiling of surveys and questionnaires on kids' personalities and home education surroundings,intends to gain a good understanding of the features of kids' personalities,and analyzes the various developing situations and relations under different circumstances so as to offer some theoretical guidances on the healthy training of kids in the early education period.On the bases of documental analysis and public surveys,this paper seeks relative entries to organize test items,Use factor analysis approach to screen items,compile survey and questionnaires related to kids,Employ the confirmatory factor analysis approach to have tests on the reliabilities and validities of surveys and questionnaires on their personalities.Use questionnaires on personalities and home surroundings to survey and analyze among 405 kids.analyze the features of their personalities and various development and realtions under various home education circumstances.The research results:(1)The thesis selects entries to compile 68—item questionnaires firstly on kids' personalities with the help of document summaries and surveies in the public.(2)The thesis uses factor analysis approach to conduct the result of primary questionnaires,acquire five main factors of structures of kids' personalities based on the five same groups divided according to their kinds.These five factors—exotrophy, kindness,the sense of responsibility,emotional stability and exploratory,are named respectively with the combination of content and document analysis.Then The paper has a selection on primary questionnaires,and compile the formal questionnaires with 54 items.(3) The paper conducts formal questionnaires,and analyzes the confirmatory factors.It is proved that the validities of formal questionnaires are reliable,and can be put into formal usage after an amendment.(4)On the analysis of psychological features of kids' personalities:when observed from the sexual angle,except the distinguished differences of kindness dimensions,the other four dimensions bear no prominent differences.With regard to the developing angles of kids' personalities,kids in different age groups bear remarkable differences in kindness and exploratory.Concretely speaking,the kids in 5-year-old group perform much better than those in 3-year-old group.(5) On the differences of personalities features of kids growing up in various home education surroundings:The subjective factors which are parents' teaching methods, exchanges among family members and quality of talks among family members among home education surroundings differ,the scores of multiangles of persoanlities show remarkable differences;The objective factors among home education surroundings, except the educational backgrounds of parents,the differences of their professions, prove that the scores of personalities in single-angle exploratory present distinguished differences,while the differences in their living conditions do not necessarily lead to remarkable differences in various angles of personalities.
