| The ILO has pointed out that the current world is becoming more and more nervous. In this professional era, work has no doubt become the center of competition and tension, which brings about insomnia, anxiety, high stress, reducing immunity and damaging health.Psychosocial work environment mainly refers to a series of psychological and social factors which impact individual. The systemetic researches on psychosocial work play an important role in solving job stress and health damage .In this paper, we jointy use the most two influential models as the analytical framework to study psychosocial work environment of Party and Governmental Cadres,including job stress, autonomy, interpersonal relationships and the imbalance of return to pay status, the internal drive, job support.On this base,we further analyse the relationgship between the characteristics of psychosocial work environment with the subjectivw well-being.In the present thesis, a comprehensive literature review was made with regard to the psychosocial work environment and SWB. Further analysis was focused on the limitations existing in the prior research.On this basis, 563 Party and Governmental Cadres were investigated in terms of psychosocial work environment and SWB of Party and Governmental Cadres via questionnaires.The main findings in the above study are as follows:1. Nearly half (48.5%) Party and Governmental Cadres have subjected to the occupational stress.2. Job demand,job control,support,effort,reward and over-commitment of party and governmental cadres have statistically significant differences in aspects of sex, age, rank and years of schooling.3. Support from Colleagues,job control,reward, over-commitment are significant correlated with subjective well-being.4. Support from Colleagues,job control and reward have significant positive predictable effects on Personal Development and Physical and mental health,whereas over-commitment has significant negtive predictable effects. |
