Time is conscious of an important symbol of modern fiction, therefore, time before the new academic research and discussion of hot spots.American famous writer William Faulkner is extremely intense one, time has obvious manifestation in his novel. In various public occasions claimed to Faulkner's influence by the Chinese writer Su Tong, while has studied Faulkner"The Yoknapatawpha"region description, also has accepted the existence in this land Of all kinds of people's concept of time. This article plans with the comparative literature parallel research method, perspective Faulkner and in the Su Tong two writer work time realizes the realistic origin which and produces, in the comparison text creation same as the different process, carefully examines the Chinese and Western literature interaction and the difference.This paper is divided into four chapters, the first chapter explains the time sense which from the theme aspect in two writer works manifests; The second chapter analyzes in two writer works from the work character angle time consciousness; The third chapter carries on the further inquisition from the narration angle to two writer work's time question; The fourth raising two writers from the South different world, and reveal their time of convergence and differences.
