Research On The Status Quo And Implementing Measures Of The Professional Qualification Examination For Interior Designer In Hubei Province

Organized by the state labor and social security organizations, the national professional qualification examinations for interior designers are the authority to evaluate the design capacity level of the construction and decoration professionals. It has gained the increasing importance in the industry among the design practitioners and enterprises, and become a key criterion in evaluating and selecting professionals.This project is based on the large number of relevant information and research data collected in the preparation of the book of"The National Professional Qualification Examinations Guide for Interior Designers", as well as the facts of this industry. It aims at reporting, studying and analyzing the status quo of the interior designer's professional qualifications examinations in the Hubei province. Specifically it focuses on the staff status, education and training model, examination content and composition, and evaluation criteria of the professional qualification examination, and compares with the same or similar types of professional examinations from other countries. It also provides suggestions to the continuous improvement and development of this new examination system.The article studies, analyzes and summarizes the administration system, identification of standards, test model, and personnel training of the Hubei Province professional qualifications examinations for interior designers. It thoroughly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages as well as improvements in each part of the examinations. We hope it will provide a good theoretical basis and measures to the healthy development of the interior designers'professional qualification examinations in our province, and also contribute in promoting the design industry, raising the level of the integrity of the entire industry, and standardizing the development.The article is organized in six chapters:Chapter I introduces the reason we select this topic and its significance.Chapter II analyzes the subject, ideas and methods of this project, and defines the methodology of this research.Chapter III introduces the concepts of the national professional qualification examination system and the scope of the current research, and defines the theme and focus of the research.Chapter IV focuses on analyzing and summarizing the relevant types of professional qualification examination in the construction and decoration industry across countries.Chapter V carries out a detailed investigation and study on the interior designers'professional qualification examinations in the construction and decoration industry of our province, as well as a detailed analysis of its pros and cons.Chapter VI concludes the whole article, summarizes the main results of the study, and provides suggestions and measures to the development of interior designers'vocational qualification examinations in the construction and decoration industry of our province.
