"oguz-nam(a|¨)" is a heroic epic in prose spread among ancient Uyghur people. Itwas written in ancient Uyghur language during the 13th–14th century in Turpanprefecture in Xinjiang. Since the language of the cultural documentary is ancient andsimple, in the early 19thcentury it has aroused the attention of scholars both at homeandabroad,and theyhavemade alot of research results. However,the researches hasbeen done nationwide mainly touched upon its historical, cultural, religious aspects,thereisnofindingsonmorphologicalaspect.In this paper, the author systematicallystudied the morphologyin " oguz-nam(a|¨)".The total emergence of words in this biographyis 389, in which 154 words are noun;accounting for the main location. The author studied the nouns in detail which havethemaximumoccurrencenumbers.This paper can be divided into four parts. In the first part the authorsystematically studied the nouns appeared in " oguz-nam(a|¨)". In the second part theauthor mainly dealt with the verbs and adjectives. In the third part the author studiedthe other word classes. In the fourth part the author mainly analyzed the dialectattributesof"oguz-nam(a|¨)".
