The Study Of Phonology Of Tea-Leaf Picking Opera In Fuzhou

In the 1930s, some scholars put forward to study Peking Opera phonology, the differences between opera phonology and general phonology had been noticed by researchers from that time. We think that the opera phonology as an independent discipline has become an inevitable trend after analyzing the past decades' studies.The dissertation reveals the true speech sounds of Tea-Leaf Picking Opera in Fuzhou by comparing the phonology of Tea-Leaf Picking Opera in Fuzhou and Fuzhou dialect, and analyzing speech sounds of an extract from Tea-Leaf Picking Opera in Fuzhou. As a special social dialect, the language of Tea-Leaf Picking Opera in Fuzhou is based on Fuzhou dialect as "in writing" and "Mandarin" formed. The sound and the rhyme of the word in Tea-Leaf Picking Opera in Fuzhou reflects the features of its pronunciation, while the tones of the word restrict tune's running of the opera. Tea-Leaf Picking Opera in Fuzhou reflects the principle of "speaking according to the word", meanwhile it has distinct flexibility and various expressions.The author found that the actor's pronunciation is not stable during the survey. In my opinion, it dues to a small local opera being lack of the necessary normalized guidance, so that the pronunciation of some random actor.
