Under the background of globalization, China and America, the biggest developing country and the biggest developed country in the world, exchange and cooperate more and more ,the degree of interdependence is increasing. Many Global thorny issues can't be effectively solved without the cooperation between China and America. And only cooperation between them can bring them mutual benefit, but not mutual loss. So, resolve the issue of Sino-US relations correctly and enhance mutual trust and understanding, have great significance not only for the promotion of common development between the two countries and at the same time for the building of a harmonious world.As the USA has a profound religious culture background, namely, many kinds of religions are co-existing in the USA, religion has a special status in the American history and the real world. Then from the trend of the religion value, some predictions are made on the possibility of the future relationship between China and America: the religious influence has a long-term characteristic and the national interests is the most important factor to dominate the American diplomacy. From all the above, the author gets one prediction that the conflict between China and America will exist all along but for the two nations have a wide range of common interests and more cooperation will come into being, especially when facing the rare financial crisis.under the common strategic benefit obligation, China and America will strengthen dialogue, improve relations, and adapt mutually, work together to construct a harmonious world.
