| This paper consists of introduction, the general situation of the Legend of Saddle Mountain, the customs reflected in this legend, conclusion and bibliography.In introduction, survey situation, the meaning of the topic selection and survey methods are proposed.In the first chapter, the different telling about this legend and roles in this legend are analyzed. Through the introduction of different telling about this legend, the main content of this legend and the position and role of holes,saddle,dog,eagles,incense and incense stealer are explained.In the second chapter, Arhorchin Mongolians's life and production and traditional customs reflected in the legend are analyzed and expounded from five aspects which are Mongolian' s worship of rock, worship of horse , worship of dog, worship of fire and totem belief.
