| The object of this research is the peasants who have lost their lands and adapted the urban life smoothly. Through the methods of literature review, behavior event interview, questionnaires, Q sort technique and multi-scaled analysis, the author discusses the formation of the protective factors of social psychological adaptation among the peasants who have lost their lands and adapted the urban life smoothly. Based on the analysis of those protective factors mentioned above, the author discusses the necessary personal resources which play a very important role in promoting those peasants'adaptation to the urban life.There are 114 subjects in this research. The first part of the paper focuses on the previous researches. Based on the previous researches, the theoretical basis of the research has been founded. In the second part the author has collected the relevant materials through questionnaires and behavior event interview. According to the material analysis the author has noticed the pressure the peasants have to confront in their urban lives. The resources and internal strength they possess have been strongly stimulated so that they could confront difficulties by all means. These resources and internal strength mentioned above actually are the protective factors this paper focuses on. In the third part the author discusses the internal structure of the protective factors of social psychological adaptation through Q sort technique and multi-scaled analysis. The research outcome shows the relevant protective factors can be regarded as a two dimensions structure:"physical income / personal internal experience"and"career capabilities / self-cultivation". In the fourth and last part, the processes of adapting the urban life and the modes how the protective factors work have been illustrated. |
