The Sampling And Building Of The Uygur's Instruments Sound Library In Xinjiang

Uygur's music instruments and instruments music are important components of the ethnic minority music culture in Xinjiang. To build a Uygur's instruments sound library not only enriches the sound sample library of Chinese national instruments, but also provides a new approach to adopt the modern science and technology into the study of ethnic music, the exploration of ethnic music resources, the protection of ethnic culture essence, and the education of multi-cultural music. What'more, the library offers sound materials for music composition and performance, overcoming the time and space limitation with the help of computer.The thesis is based on the project the building of the Uygur's instruments sound library in Xinjiang. In the thesis, the Uygur's instruments were analyzed, sampled, and wave table mapped, in order to finish the sound software library. Based on the experimental and practical experience, the author illustrated the application of the sound library on music study, music education and the inheriting and protecting of ethnic music, and its significance.The thesis can be divided into six partsChapter one: in the introduction part, the significance of building the Uygur's instruments sound library in Xinjiang was illustrated. Then, the study method was put forward based on the review of the current research background of sound library studies at home and abroad.In Chapter two, the definition of sound library was introduced, and its historical development and current situation was also summarized.In chapter three, the author explained in detail the process of digital audio sampling, the current used method of digital audio synthesis, and the format, bit, and frequency of the audio sampling.In chapter four, the building process of the sound library was described. In chapter five, the author looked forward the prospect of the future development of the sound library.The last part is the conclusion.
