The dissertation explored the collocation of issues between the Mongolian adjective of quality and other parts of speech to conclude the nature of the Mongolian adjective of quality and syntactic relation by the probabilistic statistical methods for the practical needs of information processing of Mongolian language (MLIP). The dissertation is made up of five parts as following:Introduction: expounding the reason for choosing this topic, the preparations for the topic, the questions related to research at home and abroad, a studying purpose and methods, concerned descriptions.Chapter one: introducing the definition of collocation including Mongolian collocation, span of words, key words, collocation of co-occurrence, and collocability.Chapter two: introducing the process obtaining automatically remarkable matching words by the probabilistic statistical methods; concluding the nature of the Mongolian adjective of quality and syntactic relation.Chapter three: presenting some problems as obtaining the remarkable matching words of adjective of quality and the solutions.Conclusion: giving a summary of the full text and presenting some unsettled issues.
