To a nation or city, the concert hall is one of the important cultural buildings. With the economic development and the enhancing of cultural appreciating level, lots of modern city began to focus on constructing of concern hall, and see it as local symbol. The basic requirement of concert building is excellent sound quality. This research based on the sound theory, focused on how to measure the sound quality of concert hall by determining the acoustics parameter, and validating through a measure testing. The sound quality of concert hall is determined by the objective and subjective evaluation. At first, the paper expatiates on the various objective and subjective evaluation parameters, including the corresponding parameter between them which applied to how to measure the sound quality of concert hall. Then,it introduced how to use subjective evaluation standard in sound quality measuring, and summarized the difficulty of measuring process.Based on the foregoing analysis, the paper put forward the feasibility of the objective measuring standard to evaluate the sound quality grading. And it established the BP neural network model which used the 6 measure parameter as input variable among the 34 concert hall refer to the〈concert and opera buildings〉wrote by Leo L.Beranek.And BP standard also used the objective evaluations of expert as the output. The BP network can accurately classify the sound quality of concert hall through swatch training and simulation show which means more swatch training numbers, more accurate simulation results. The paper's motive is looking for an exercisable research way to whole valuate the sound quality of concert and classified the quality rank which means a lot to designing of the concert buildings.
