The Acquaintances Of The Study To Frauenliebe Und Leben And Its Singing Impressions

Vocal suite Frauenliebe und leben is the master piece of German romantic school composer Robert Schumann. He illustrated colorfully a woman's love experience with exquisite describing style and a complete incisive analysis. This thesis analyzes this work, and attempts to find a way to understand and illustrate this suite.This thesis is composed of three chapters: Chapter one introduces the origin of the poem Woman's Life and Love wrote by Chamisso, and pointing out the character of the suite through analyzing the background, contents, as well as the eight songs composed by Schumann for this poem; Chapter two takes the eight songs as the point of entry, analyzing their mode, harmony, content, piano text, singing request, their inner relationships, and so on. Chapter three is the author's singing acquaintance, among which the author advised three principles: First, the singer must understand the work completely, and must adhere to the principle so that he/she can sing the suite perfectly; Second, discover the clues that the mind and emotion of the leading character develops; At last, must revolve around the main line of the tragedy beauty in the western aesthetic. And the author hopes that her exploitation and study can provide some ideas to other people. It is a periodical summary of her study, and it is one of her destination, but also a starting point.
