Retirees in accordance with national law refer to the normal retirement age of staff. Retirement is an important turning point in life. Some people in retirement have anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, even a partial act normal because social role, economic status and environment of interpersonal rapidly change. Concerned about the mental health of retirees is conducive to building a harmonious and stable society. This paper applies a tool as a means of case studies, A-B-C-B design, and multiple baseline design and finds that:1. If not fully prepared to do a good job and living arrangements in pre-retirement, People may lose the focus of life, the lack of life goals and motivation because of idle life after retirement.2. Goal-setting method can effectively increase the sustained length of time to do something. Movements for intervention increase the length of time outdoor sports. Campaign intervention, to strengthen the subjective feelings and actively respond to the psychological intervention, Mr. Wang took the initiative to increase the number of people sharing. These interventions can have a positive impact on Mr. Wang's behavior.3. Goal-setting method and timing of changes have significant correlation (P<0.01). With the time of goal setting intervention, Mr. Wang's experiments show good results. A week before the long hours of work a week after will have a huge impact.4. Jogging and tai chi are training methods of people in this age group. A-B-C-B design Proves: Jogging relatively dry, jogging and tai chi arouse people's interest in better. They can extend the time for outdoor exercise. The process of learning Tai Chi Chuan is a process of social communication.5. Strengthen the individual's subjective feelings and actively respond can regulate the mental health, strengthen exchanges with the people, so as to further open mind, retired from the syndrome.Based on the above results indicate that: Goal Setting and outdoor sports intervention, to strengthen the individual's subjective feelings and actively respond can adjust the attitude of post-retirement, conducive to good health. Therefore, this study proves unguarded feasibility that goal setting and outdoor sports intervention, to strengthen the individual's subjective feelings and actively respond to improve the rural mental health of retirees.
