Home Consciousness In Western Literature Study

"Homeless" has become the modern Western general mental state of existence, is well known that the formation of such a mental state is not overnight things. It has last a long process. In this article, the author from the source of Greek culture, Western culture began to start, focusing on analysis of the Greeks in the myth of the whole narrative on the perception of mixed forms of home:in the waves under the guidance of God, the Greek individuals (to Odysseus as an example) in on return to their homes in foreign demonstrated in the natural, native spatial perception of the unity of the whole mixed form. As humanity developed the pursuit of abstract ideas, especially the West appears on the "logocentric" and the dualistic mode of thinking, the human "spiritual home"on the showing of a supreme spiritual entity pursuit. Greek philosophy started from there, the West can be found in every age the subject of a grand narrative to accept themselves with the "spiritual home" appeal. Thus, there homeland separate from the mixing of different whole secular form of space, like a God of Christianity, the Enlightenment period of the pursuit of reason, Romanticism on the pursuit of naturalism, the German renaissance of the nation-state pursuit.
