Vocal music teaching at high school was impacted by major institutions for a long time, the teaching concepts, teaching contents, teaching methods, teaching mode and so did not reflect their own characteristics. In 2001, Ministry of Education released the "Full-time music education curriculum standards", which emphasizes the aesthetic experience of music as the core, involves lively and interesting learning content, rich and colorful, there is a clear sense of the times and the national character in music learning, emphasizes on music practice, promotes general subjects and encourages the creation of music. This is not only of epoch-making significance on music education in primary and secondary schools, but also put forward higher requirements for the teachers engaged in music education. Vocal Music Teaching charged with the important mission of training teachers for primary and secondary schools. To improve the quality of music culture of whole nation and cultivate the all-round development of high-quality talent, vocal music education must adapt to the requirements of the new situation.In this paper, the harmonious development of a comprehensive perspective of the humanities, combined with the current music education reform practice, using methods of combining theory with practice, analysis, summarizing experiences and comparative, discussed the diversification of vocal music teaching. On vocal music teaching methods, attempted collective vocal lessons teaching, group teaching, a single small class teaching and practice of extra-curricular activities.In order to check and value the results of teaching, combined with a collective class, group classes and single class, the recommendations of various assessment and specific methods of practice were brought forward.Various forms of teaching broke up the single form of vocal music teaching in the past, and made the vocal music teaching rich and colorful. It highlighted the characteristics of "teacher", and was the single road of multi-skill training. Various forms of teaching adapted to the students at all levels, so that the teaching target was clear, and the quality of teaching was improved. It also made the knowledge connect and infiltrate with each other, and made students to accept the knowledge of three-dimensional feel.
