Moral Strategy is a word from the Greek. It refers to action or plans, which is used to solve a problem or achieve a goal. Strategies for learning English are a kind of procedures which students use to learn and use English more effectively. This paper first defines "strategy", and then analyzes the definition and classification of language learning strategies. With this basis, high school English learning strategies are discussed to explain the learning strategies and the importance of learning strategies are illustrated. Learning strategies encourage students to become more autonomous learners; learning strategies are the mixture of learning methods and teaching methods; learning strategies are important measures of whether students can learn by themselves. Meanwhile, the paper describes the goal of English learning strategies under the new senior secondary curriculum reform and analyzes major factors which can have an influence on students mastering English learning strategies.Learning strategies is the basis and core of teaching strategies, which development transforms and develops the teaching strategies based on the teaching and learning technology strategy. So, how to make students learn the strategies in teaching practice? First of all, in this paper, the Acquisition of high school English learning strategies has been studied. Secondly, the paper analyzes major principles of the acquisition strategy for high school English, including specific principles, the principle of formation, effective control principles and the principle of personal efficacy. Thirdly, the paper puts forward the overall measures in learning strategies for high school English Acquisition, including combination between learning strategies and course content, enhance teaching with the specific problem-solving skills, training teachers in their own self-monitoring capabilities, and full preparedness. Fourthly, the paper also points out the steps of high school English learning strategies acquisition, including introduction, instruction, training, evaluation, extension and so on. Finally, the paper illustrates and analyses how to apply high school English learning strategies acquisition to teaching practice by means of four teaching cases:learning strategies in vocabulary acquisition in the practical application of teaching and learning strategies learned in the practice of reading instruction in the use of Acquisition of Learning Strategies in the Teaching of heard of the use of learning strategies learned in grammar teaching in the practical application. And it also explains how to help students develop effective learning strategies in the new curriculum of English teaching class, and change from the "teaching" of the teaching strategies into "learning" teaching strategies to enable students to learn how to learn, and become English learners with self-learning ability.
