Trust has been becoming an important research field, which is studied by psychology, sociology, economics, and etc. Fortunately, games theory provided an extensive paradigm for trust studies. We regarded trust as two different categories, which are respectively generalized trust (GT) measured by GT Questionnaires, and particularized trust (PT) measured by trust games. The paper mainly aimed to investigate effects of individual's trust behavior during cooperation (CB) designed through iterated prisoner's dilemma games. In addition, risk preference (RP), altruism behavior (AB) and partner's strategies (PS) are the factors in the study. The paper is composed of two parts, one of which is revision of Generalized Trust Questionnaire, the other of which is experimental research including 2 designs. The data was analyzed by SPSS 16.0.The conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1) The revision of GT Questionnaire has achieved high reliability and validity. Cronbach'sαis 0.83, and split-half reliability is 0.829. Correlation coefficient with Faith in People Scale is 0.646 (P<0.01).(2) Dilemma games showed that GT mainly affected his/her cooperative behavior between groups, and PS was the main effect within group. Furthermore, two factors were interaction.(3) Donate games showed that GT mainly affected altruism behavior between groups, and PS was the main effect within group. two factors were interaction.(4) Trust games indicated that PS mainly affected altruism behavior within group, and both GT and RP were the main effects between groups. GT and RP were interaction.(5) Path analysis showed that GT, PS respectively affected trust behavior by the mediation of CB and AB; CB affected TB by mediation of AB.
