Human nature is one of the most widely divergent theoretical issues in Chinese and foreign intellectual history. Scholars have always understood it at variance, so they each define human nature from different perspectives. Through critical inheritance of predecessors'opinions of human nature, basing on historical materialism, Marx defined human nature from labor, social relations and human needs respectively. However, Marx made these three definitions in different works of different periods, which causes scholars'opinions on Marxist theory of human nature significantly different. If we overall grasp the assertions of different works at different times made by Marx and analyze from historical materialism Marx founded, we will find that Marx's human nature theory is a complete theoretical system, the main line of which is the organic integration and interaction of production practice, social relations and human needs. Human nature formed and continuously developed in the interaction and dynamic relation of the above three perspectives, which is the organic integration of the three and it is an open-generation process facing future, changing and evolving. Marxist theory on people's all-round development and Marxist theory of human nature are inseparable. The ultimate goal of Marxist theory of human nature is not only to clarify a theoretical issue, but also to better promote people's all-round development. The scientific revelation of human nature by Marx not only helps us understand human nature, but also points out the direction for human development. People's all-round development is accomplished in the process of the interaction, dialectic unity and collaborative development among human needs, labor and social relations.
