Explore The Phenomenon Of China's Rural Subjects Movies Creation Since The New Century

"The rural theme movie"is a unique variety of film and television with Chinese characteristics. It is not only a channel to understand the vast rural areas, but also a window that the world to understand China. In this article, the concept of"the rural theme movie"means that mainly perform the fate of the farmers and rural changes in the history on account of the backward rural background.The research object of this paper is the rural theme movie in the new century.Its purpose is to analyse the changes and existing problems, to make people attach importance to the peasants film's development, to understand rural film's status of development within range from the creation of nearly a decade, so that existing problems are satisfactorily resolved. The paper mainly analyse the new changes of the rural theme movie in new century from three dimensions of narrative themes, characters and creative style with case study and comparative study method. Through the analysis we are pleasantly surprised to find that the film's narrative have diverse topics, in particular to expose the real problem; In characters of the films, the rural migrant workers is not only a unique image, as well as the emergence of bully image in new development times; In creative ways, the film has not only novel narrative of rural themes, but its lens shows the trend of poetic and documentary-based. Meantime,the paper has a in-depth thinking to rural life in the new century films which combined with an analysis of a typical movie portraying. The results show that they really express so many new features. At the same time, the films also exposed some problems in rural areas. After reveal the dark reality of the rural theme film out of ten years of idealized color,the film begin to return to reality orbit. But in some works, the shortcomings of the lack of a humanitarian make people lose the courage to break out from the reality in desperate. Besides in viewer's positions, the rural theme film in new century is still faced with a vague embarrassment.Creators do not know their audience in the end is the broad masses of peasants or urban people, which to some extent, limit the film's creation in rural areas. To enable more people to accept the film, adding comedy element is a well-tested.But it is also a double-edged sword, the abuse also will play the opposite effect.The rural theme film is an important part of Chinese cinema. Chinese cinema's prosperity is closely linked with the rural theme film. This paper aims to raise awareness of the development and research in rural subjects with my humble opinion and to generate a helpful influence in film's creation of rural areas.
