Of China has become more diverse due to the diversity and integration of the world, the exchanges of East-West cultural, as well as the collision and fusion of the public space art culture. The public space art culture exists among almost all the segments in urban construction. As the builders and managers of the city, administrative departments should be brought for the artistic transformation with the development of the age while they spare no effort to promote domestic-specific urban sculptures, guiding the construction and management of the public space art culture by virtue of the innovative ideas. Administrative departments should actively create a relaxed environment for art in public space, encouraging the enthusiasm of the artists, advocating an open social atmosphere, and striving for the implementation of different styles of art in public space. We should solve the realistic bottleneck with the sense of our innovation, and actively revise the standard of researches. On specific issues, we should conduct effective coordination and establish a mechanism for rational dialogues. Besides, we should promote the communication of administrative staff, planners, designers, artists and the public. All those aim to promote participants'interactions in the construction of public space art culture. Using the opportunity of the construction of sculptures in Expo Park, this paper deeply explorers the relationship between the construction of innovative public space art and the corresponding administration. This paper aims to build a bridge between the construction of public space art and the corresponding administration, providing practical basis for the construction and administration of the public space art.
