The Study Of The Comorbidity Of Neurosis And Depression With PTSD

Objective To investigate the incidence of comorbidity of neurosis and depression and post tramatic stress disorde(rPTSD);To research the differences of the personality traits, parental rearing patterns and social support between patients withcomorbidity of neurosis and post tramatic stress disorder(PTSD)and those without comorbidity.Method A cross-sectional investigation on the comorbidity of 112 neurosis and depression inpatients were conducted from March 2009 to October 2009, all the inpatients were assessed with Essener Trauma-Inventar (ETI),Post-Traumatic Stress Syndrome 10-Questions Inventory(PTSS-10),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) Egma Minnen av Bardndosnauppforstran(EMBU),Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ).Results (1)There were 40 patients(35.7% of 112) got higher score than 27 of ETI, and 37 patients(92.5% of 40) among the 40 patients got higher score than 35 of PTSS-10 .(2) There are 27 patients with comorbidity of neurosis and PTSD(G1), 24 patients with nearly comorbidity of neurosis and PTSD(G2), 23 patients with no comorbidity(G3). The N factor scores of EPQ of G1 showed significantly higner than G3.The N and E and L factor scores of EPQ showed significantly difference of G1 and G3.The neroticism, introversion and reliablity of G1 and G3 are different significantly.(3)The punishment,severe,interference factor scores of EMBU were significant different between G1 and G3 ,The social support of G1 was more less than G3.Conclusion There is a high rate of inpatients with comorbidity neurosis and depression and PTSD.There are significantly difference of the personality traits, parental rearing patterns and social support between patients with comorbidity of neurosis and post tramatic stress disorder(PTSD)and those without comorbidity.
