In a globalized world, the world pays more attention to how to achieve global peace and development through the cooperation. However, on the road leading to cooperation, there are always full of contradictions and conflicts between individual interests and collective interests, large or small. The individual, as a participant in group activities and a sharer in group interests, considers not only just to achieve the interests of the individual or groups on one-side, but also include how to achieve the potential benefits of cooperation, how to effectively resolve conflicts in cooperation to achieve win-win situation of individual and group interests. In social dilemma, this study use a research paradigm, which is public goods dilemma as background material. We use both the measures of lab experiment and questionnaire method, make research and study on the role of self-efficacy,feedback and reward in social dilemmas in decision-making. The study consists of two parts. In the first part, apartly explore the impact on self-efficacy in social dilemmas of the individual cooperative behavior, group feedback and individual feedback from the impact of individual differences in cooperative behavior, the relationship between self-efficacy and the different feedback ways, and so on. In the second part, select a most important factor of external factors, and reward. On the base of reinforcement theory, we design three rewards of different intensity and proportion, that is the reward of continuous reinforcement, the reward of fixed interval reinforcement and the reward of changed ratio reinforcement. From the perspective of the results of information,to explore which kind of reward is more effective for promoting an individual's cooperative behavior. We reached the conclusion as follows:(1)In the social dilemma scenario, different kinds of self-efficacy have differences in cooperative behavior.Compared with low self-efficacy individuals, high self-efficacy individuals show a higher tendency to co-operation.(2)In the social dilemma scenario, different feedback methods have different influences for the individualËŠ s cooperation behavior. Collective feedback can promote cooperation more effectively.(3)In the social dilemma scenario, different feedback methods have different effects on cooperative behavior for individuals of different self-efficacy. High self-efficacy of individuals is not affected by feedback easily, whereas low self-efficacy of individuals is vulnerable to be effected by feedback. Individuals of low self-efficacy in individual feedback mode, they have more obvious competitive tendencies.(4)In the social dilemma scenario, different kinds of reward have different effects on individual's cooperative behavior. The reward of changed ratio reinforcement is more effective than the reward of continuous reinforcement and fixed interval reinforcement. It can lead to the appearance of higher and more constant cooperative behavior, and cooperative behavior can not be easily fadeaway.
