Based on the study of extemporize characteristics of Chinese traditional opera, and combined with my learning and working experience, in this thesis, I preliminary study on the worthy enunciation and tune rendering method for National vocality to learn from Chinese traditional opera. Chinese opera culture has a long history. It is a successful model of preserving national characteristics and developing national culture. The national vocality we are talking about, is a new singing style, which had merited the western sound production method, and different from Chinese traditional vocality. Due to the differences of culture, language, and figures between the Chinese and Western, many students had many problems when they extemporize Chinese works; such as not enunciating words, enunciating words wrongly, enunciating unclearly, and creating a figure inaccurate. Therefore, I think, we should not sacrifice the nationality when we pursuit the scientificity of national vocality. To solve the above-mentioned problems, we should absorb the enunciation features of Chinese traditional opera. By remaining both the scientificity sound production method and the national characteristics, we can ensure the art vitality and the irreplaceable art value of national vocality.
