Study On How To Develop The Financing Methods Of Securities Companies In Our Country

With the expanding of economic reformation in our country thesecurities companies deve1op very fast these years; howevef, their financingprob1ems haven't been always solved. In this dissertation, the financingproblems of the securities companies are expounded first. And by analyzingthe merits and the limits of the present financing methods, it is told that thesemethods mainly supply the short-term funds, which can't meet the fund-demand for the business of the securities companies. It is then suggested thatthe methods to supply middle-term or long-term funds shall be developedfirst in the future on the basis of the present financing methods, and somenew methods are put forward, such as allowing the securities companies toissue shares, middle-term or long-term bonds and so on.
