This article introduces the current status and main features of Internet-banking in Europe America Taiwan Hong Kong and Macau. By studying the banks?development and the trends on Internet-banking worldwide, as well as having systematic comparison and analysis concerning its effects on traditional banking services, this article acts as a reference for Internet- banking development of the local banking industries. This article tries to discuss the existing problems of the Internet banking developing model management system risk restriction and so on, by using the Financial Management theory and the Cyber Network theory. This article also gives suggestions about the development of the Macau Internet banking in the future.
