This paper mainly includes two pat ts.Part I is the teaching case, taking Guangdong Mobile Communication CO., LTD. Huizhou Branch(GMCC-HZ) as the prototype. Here, the development of mobile communication in the world, the history and status of GMCC-HZ, the competitive state of Huizhou mobile communication market and the opportunities and challenges of GMCC-HZ are introduced.Part 11 is the case analyses. The author used the knowledge learned during three years MBA study to analyze the case in detail: First, he analyzed the Industry competition structure of Huizhou mobile communication market, using the analyses model of industry competition structure composed by Michael. U. Porter; Next, he analyzed the internal and external circumstances of GMCC-I-IZ, using the SWOT analyses method. Then, according to the conclusion of the above analyses, he proposed the development strategy on how to create new competitive advantage, including the company mission, the guidelines of the strategy, the target of the strategy. In the sometime, he proposed the main methods on how to realize the development strategy.
