This case includes two parts: the Main Body and the Case Analysis. In the Main Body, those inlbrmation are presented, related with GD Les Plazaar group about the Macro- Environment, Industry Market, Shamian Survey, Corporation Background & Project Ideas, Sub-project Brief Introduction and Total Project Operation Situation etc.. Then I pose the problems of the Decision-making. In the Case Analysis, I apply those knowledge learned form the MBA courses, especially Services Marketing~ Markeflng Management. Strategic and HR Management etc., combining with my working experiences of these years in the Marketing and Administration, focusing on the major problems and analysis. Then put forward a program to strengthen the Brand building & Administrative management meanwhile taking the integration with the differentiation strategy in the services marketing.
