The Potential S & T Demand Of Industry Enterprise Forecast Method And Application Study

The rapid development of S&T has caine into being some enormous influences on society progressing, economy increasing, structure of industry changing, and mode of production or measure of management reforming in the whole world S&T have become one of basic determinants which affect increase of economy and development of society in every country . Depending on S&T to develop economy and to buildup overall strength of the country is a important character of country抯 development. Although our country has obtained groat achievement in the study of S&T, the production of S&T can not be well popularized Enterprises prefer to be conservation rather than carry through R&D in tcchnolo~y and apply new technology. There being two reasons, the first reason is that academe always pays much attention to the basal study and the level of science, but ignores the transform and diffuse of S&T抯 production. This action has limited academc to understand and accelerate the S&T demand of enterprise; the second reason is that the S&T resource and the S&T power of enterprise have been inconsequently collocated. This causes S&T power of enterprise into weakness, S&T temtory of enterprise into straitness, and administrative levels of technology exploitation or innovation and demand into low levels. This also goes against demanding, exploiting and applying S&T. In this thesis, first of all the latency demand of S&T being analysed; next the latency demand of S&T being quantified ; in succession the forecasting model being founded; finally according to the result of forecast to adjust practical change of forecast guide-line and to analyse reasons and to bring forw&d countermeasure. Besides in order to convenient for enterprise analysing and calculating the latency demand of S&T, I design and exploit a suit of software for enterprise to use and to extend.
