Study On The Financing Strategies In Stock Market

Since China resumed its stock markets in 1990, the security economy had made rapid development. But the problem of financing in stock markets becomes more and more exposed to the listed companies. This thesis focuses on listed company?problems of blindly financing in the stock market and decrease in business achievements afterwards. In view of promoting the ability of sustainable financing of the listed companies, on the basis of literature review and remarks on the interior and overseas characteristics of the development of electronics information industry, this thesis puts forwards a set of systematic structuring, and programming strategies and comprehensive methods of evaluation for the electronics information industry via systemic analysis, result-reason analysis, model analysis, expertise investigation, and comprehensive evaluation. In addition, through a case study of corporation of electronics information, this thesis also proofs the strategies and evaluations are scientific and practical. This thesis offers scientific and practical methods for evaluating and improving the strategies of financing for the electron information industry.
