Research On The Scale Of Uptown And Traffic Impact Analysis

In current real estate development, the land-use is sometimes out of control and the land supply always can meet the demands for it. Basing on the relation of uptown and urban traffic, this paper is concerning on the research of uptown development scale and its traffic impact. At the beginning of this paper, the fuzzy theory model is used to calculate the dweller decision-making process of selecting a apartment. After that, the relation of inhabitation and working is studied and the dweller- distributing model is set up. At the end of this paper, by referring to the research of US traffic impacts analysis, the analysis steps for traffic impacts of uptown in China is suggested.
