Study On Supervision And Management Of China Stock Markets

With the deepening of China抯 modernization construction and the movement of reform ,the securities markets has grown up during the period of the change of the national economy from the traditional planning system to the market system .For ten years ,under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping抯 theory on socialism ,according to the policy of 搇egality ,supervision ,autonomy and standard ?,they have experienced a long developing process and now they have become national markets with preliminary scales .But the market system has not set up absolutely for lack of necessary legal systems and the existence of the rnacro梕nvironment and micro-environment with the obvious trace of planning system .Therefore ,the supervision of our securities markets are not fit for the development of securities trade ,not fit for the costbenefit principle of supervision .For these resons ,this paper is completed based on plented of data of securities markets and theory analysis and case analysis and also qualitative and quantitative methods with comparison are used .The author reveals the reasons of the weak supervision of securities markets from the angles of theories ,the history ,systems and practice etc .And then in order to build normative securities markets ,the author puts forward some realistic coi.mtenneasures ,plans and ideas aiming at specific problems.
