Study On Captial Market And Xinjiang Agriculture Industrialization Problem

Agriculture is main industry of Xinjiang and Agriculture of Xinjiang also occupies an important place in China. Agriculture industrialization is inevitable selection for development of Xingjiang抯 agriculture. But such problems as the shortage of fund and the difficulties in large scaled agricultural production and in its management have been met. It has been demonstrated that the operating of capital market is a key factor solving these above problems. In this dissertation, based on the economic analysis of how to push agriculture industrialization by operating capital market, including the analysis of scale economy, transaction cost and resist risk, etc, the function of capital market for agriculture industrialization and ways for Xinjiang agriculture industrialization to circulate funds are analyzed in some cases. According to the current situation of agriculture in Xinjiang, a new way of how to push agriculture industrialization by operating capital market in Xinjiang and its corresponding policies are put forward.
