Study On Identification And Divert Tactics About The Situation Of Indebted Operation Of Corporation

Based on looking up some literatures about indebted operation of corporation and utilizing the method of systems analysis, this thesis studies the mechanism of indebtedness effect~ subject identifying and situation adjusting in the indebted operation of corporation. At this foundation, according to evaluation destination~ evaluation content and the principle of selecting index, this thesis founds the system of financial evaluation index which takes advantage of the thinking method of AHP. Using the method of fi.izzy apprising, financial identification model is founded which can identify the indebted operation situation of corporation. This thesis founds the single and multiple subject identification model according to the inclination of the enterprise interest master. Furthermore, using this model and graphics analysis, this thesis analyzes the situation changing and influence factor of enterprise indebted operation. With the subject identification model, this thesis studies the influence of enterprise indebted operation with practice proving when transferring indebted right to stock right. Through the practice proving analysis, the financial identification model and subject identification model can help enterprise executive distinguish and evaluate the situation of enterprise indebted operation. In addition, they can provide the decision-making support for establishing, evaluating and executing the strategy which improves the situation of enterprise indebted operation.
