Study On Rural Land Institution In China

Rural Land Institution is an important part of rural economic systems, and its reform directly affects the stability of society and the development of rural economics. So, research on rural land institution is of great significance. From ownership. institution of rural land, according to the modem property rights theory, this paper analyzed the operation of rural land institution, at the same time, drew lessons from foreign countries and put forward reform goals, modes and ways, and built an institution system of rural land. This paper is divided into five sections as follows: The first section, staled that it抯 necessary to reform rural land institution in China, analyzed land institutional development tendency in the world, and pointed out that study on the theory of land institution is the key to the reform in China. The second section, elaborated land institutional meanings, contents, characteristics and landed property right theory, which provided theoretical basis for the next reform. The third section, analyzed the operation of rural land institution and the reform background, found out and proved the growing trend towards variety. The fourth section, analyzed and evaluated all kinds of ways and innovative modes, indicated the land institutional reform should combine gradual improvement with radical reforms. The fifth section, put forward the next goal and wholly design of land institutional reform, concentrated on building a new type of institution of landed property right, constructed the system of land institution that to fit socialism market economy system.
