Hangxin Avionics Co.Ltd.——Improve Core Competences By Use Of Work Team

This paper is focused on operations management, including two parts: the introduction to the case and the case analysis.In part one, the history of Hangxin company and the characters of avionics industry are presented. Something relating to the case, like the politics of Hangxin human resource are also given out in this part. But the challenges Hangxin people met when they adjusted themselves to the changes in external environment is the main contents I want to emphasize. Beginning of the case analysis, I checked the workload of maintenance technicians in every month and found its reasonless aspects. Further, 1 researched the relations between the workload of technicians and the delivery date of services and between the workload of technicians and maintain quality using correlation analysis method. The result supports my intuition. In the end of this part, a plan is provided to improve the core competences of Hangxin by the using of work team.
