Resorting to the western Capital Structure theories and the reference of latest research output in China, This thesis offers thorough empirical analysis study of the correlation between China's listed companies capital structure their performance. Based on the analysis above, an explanation to the empirical results is followed, based upon which concrete countermeasures and advices to refine the listed companies capital structure as well as the management frame was proffered by the author. The whole thesis consists of six parts: Part one: A summarization of relevant theories. Genres of main western capital structure theories are introduced. Part two: Related domestic documents. The domestic researches in this domain is covered and appraised and the limitations of their conclusions that the hypothesis gap between arithmetic theoretical premises and realities are pointed out. Part three: Research design stage. Brief introduction of the data resource, variables, model selection and their significance are made. Part four: Data analysis and conclusions. Variables are valued through statistics analysis and the correlation between capital structural and companies performance is deducted. Part five: Explanation to the model's result. Cause of this relationship between the two factors is explained through the analysis of domestic listed companies management structure as well as the equity and liabilities influence in the management structure. Part six: Countermeasures and advice. Enhancement of the bonding influence of liability and refinement of companies equity and management structures are offered as countermeasures and advices to improve the performance of the object companies.
