Property Incentive: Analysis Of Motivation Of The Hi-tech Enterprises' Technological Innovation In Shenzhen

This dissertation consists of six parts (one introduction and 5 sections in the main body) The introduction gives the reason why the topic was chosen and how the study will be conducted. In section 1, brief discussion was given to the development of high- tech industry in Shengzhen. In section 2, a further study into the concept of technological innovation leads to a conclusion that establishing an enterprises-centered technological innovation system is the premier for the blooming progress of high-tech industry in Shengzhen, while the property incentive is the accelerator to the firm抯 technological innovation. Section 3 analyzes the external property incentive, that is, the governmental policies and measures. Section 4 analyzes the internal property incentive, namely, injection of the technology into the property and share-holders?management system. Based on the argument above, the author finally proffers concrete suggestion and strategies to solve the problems and obstacles existing in the process of the property motivation.
